Upon receipt of a verifiable request to correct inaccurate Personal Information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information as you direct.

Notice of Financial Incentive.

From time to time, we offer coupons, special offers, rewards, or discounts to consumers who sign up for our promotions. For example, we may offer discounts, rebates, or giveaways to consumers who subscribe to our marketing emails or text messages, post about us on social media, or participate in our refer-a-friend program. Participation in these types of promotions requires you to provide Personal Information to us, such as Identifiers, Personal Records, and Commercial Information. We have made a good faith estimate that the value of consumers’ Personal Information provided in connection with our promotional programs is equivalent to the relevant expenses related to the collection and storage of that Personal Information. Any difference in price or benefits provided to consumers who participate is reasonably related to the value of the Personal Information provided, taking account of the fact that the primary purpose of our promotional programs is to reward consumers who engage with our brand and promote our products.

Privacy Rights for Residents of Texas and Nebraska
